SFWMD Expo and Vendor Fair Offers How-tos for Water Conservation

Utility staff, municipalities, public and private large-scale water users and other groups interested in promoting water conservation are invited to attend

WHAT: As part of an ongoing effort to expand water conservation practices throughout the state, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) is partnering with the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association to host a Water Conservation Expo and Vendor Fair.

This year’s event will focus on strategies to implement effective water conservation programs at utilities and municipalities. Vendors will also display the latest water conservation hardware, technology and related items.

WHEN: Friday, February 21, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

WHERE: SFWMD Headquarters, B-1 Auditorium, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406

WHO: The event is designed for utility staff, municipalities, facility managers and conservation personnel at local governments and businesses. Water providers and other large-scale water users will also benefit from this program and are invited to attend.
