"The Volunteer Monitor" Celebrates Community Service & Innovation
The 20th Anniversary issue of this national newsletter is a valuable resource for volunteers keeping tabs on our water quality. Published twice a year with funding from the Environmental Protection Agency, it contains tips on equipment and techniques, reports on conservation projects and community initiatives.
